My background spans HCI research, UX strategy, accessibility advocacy, and coaching, with a passion for designing products that support diverse users. I co-authored the SAP Accessibility Design Toolkit and have contributed to inclusive Design Program and frameworks for global digital products. My work blends usability, cognitive perception, and interaction design, always aiming to bridge the gap between technology and human needs.
